This is not a 'how-to' class but a class that will help adults 18+ learn how to refine or improve certain strokes. This program consists of four-45 minute classes with each class focusing on a specific stroke (freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke, and butterfly).
Ages: 18 years old and up Dates:Mondays, July 22 and July 29 & Wednesdays, July 24 and July 31 Times: 8:00 - 8:45am Limit: 8 participants (minimum of 4) Fee: $30 for members/$60 for non-members
This program is to help take swimmers from the recreation level to the next level and learn how to build a workout. *Prerequisites: Must be a swimmer that is able to proficiently swim at least freestyle and one other stroke for a minimum of 200 yards.

This program will help build cardio, strength and can be non-weight bearing and easy on the joints. This program will consist of two - 1 hour classes a week for 4 weeks.
Ages: 18 years and older (Age lowered due to interest) Dates: Tuesdays, July 23, July 30, August 6 and August 13 & Thursdays, July 25, August 1, August 8 and August 15 Time: 8:00 - 8:45am Limit: 20 participants (minimum of 8) Fee: $45 for members/$75 for non-members
