Registration Schedule

LAP LANES ARE LIMITED TO TWO REGISTRATIONS PER LANE.

FAMILY SWIM, UNLESS OTHEWISE DENOTED, FEATURES THE DIVING AREA, LANES FOR SWIMMING, THE SLIDES, AND THE WATER FEATURES IN THE FAMILY POOL

POST SEASON CALENDAR

 Each household will be able to register for up to 4 time slots in a 7 day period. Family Swim reservations are different from Lap/Water Walking reservation and are counted separately. (i.e. – Registering for 4 family time slots Monday – Sunday will not prevent an individual family members from registering for a morning lap swim lane)

 

The difference between registering for a Lap/Water Walking Lane and Family Swim:

  • For Family Swim - first under “PERSONAL INFORMATION” you will select an adult family member for your group, and then under “ACTIVITY INFORMATION” you will select the number of people that will be in your group.
    • As an example – My family consists of 1 parent and 5 kids. If my entire family will be coming to the pool under quantity I would select 6.
  • For Lap Swim – each individual is registered for a time slot.
    • As an example – If both my 16 year old and I want to register for a lap lane I would register first myself and then add my 16 year olds registration to my cart.

 

Lap Swim Registrations

Unlike last year, each lane will have up to two people registered to it per time slot. If you are swimming with a buddy or another family member you can choose to share the lane – BOTH people will still have to register otherwise another individual could register for the lane as well.

 

Registration Schedule

For Members:

  • Reservations for Mondays will begin on Fridays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Tuesdays will begin on Saturdays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Wednesdays will begin on Sundays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Thursdays will begin on Mondays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Fridays will begin on Tuesdays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Saturdays will begin on Wednesdays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Sundays will begin on Thursdays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations are made from the Park and Recreation Registration website – needhampandr.activityreg.com

 

For Non- Members:

  • Reservations for Mondays will begin on Saturdays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Tuesdays will begin on Sundays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Wednesdays will begin on Mondays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Thursdays will begin on Tuesdays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Fridays will begin on Wednesdays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Saturdays will begin on Thursdays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations for Sundays will begin on Fridays at 7:00pm
  • Reservations are made from the Park and Recreation Registration website – needhampandr.activityreg.com


Cancelling your Reservation

  • Reservations can be cancelled up to an hour before your scheduled reservation time.
  • You can cancel your reservation by following the below steps:
    • Log into your account
    • Click ‘View Account’
    • Click ‘Registered Activities’
    • Double click on the reservation you’d like to delete
    • Click the red ‘Cancel Reservation’ button. *This button will not appear if your reservation is less than an hour away.


Other Notes

  • You will only be able to reserve the number of time slots that are found within your membership. As an example, if you have an individual or a senior individual membership will only be eligible to register for 1 time slot. If you have a family membership and 4 family members, you will only be able to register for 4 time slots.
  • Please take a moment before reservations begin to ensure that all members of your household are listed in your account. **If you add any household member they will NOT automatically be on your membership – please email parkandrecreation@needhamma.gov if you add anyone to your family account to ensure the household member is added to the family membership.
  • If you are on the waitlist you will be called IF there are openings. Please do not show up to the Pools if you do not have a reservation unless you intend to only use the spray deck.
  • When you are registering your family – first under “PERSONAL INFORMATION” you will select an adult family member for your group, and then under “ACTIVITY INFORMATION” you will select the number of people that will be in your group.
    • As an example – My family consists of 1 parent and 5 kids. If my entire family will be coming to the pool under quantity I would select 6.
  • You will be able to delete your entire reservation. If you find you cannot come to the pool any longer, please cancel your reservation.
  • If you know in advance that the number of people in your reservation will be less than what you originally registered for DO NOT delete your reservation. Contact the Park and Recreation Office. You can only delete the reservation in its entirety, you cannot adjust the numbers.
  • QR codes will be utilize and IDs will be checked at the gate. Please have both ready when you are entering the Pools.
  • If there is ever any thunder or lightning the entire facility, including the restrooms and spray deck, are closed for 30 minutes from the last event (hearing thunder or seeing lightning). Registered participants will receive an email with any closure updates or cancellations.
