Case #1 – 7:30PM         123 Pickering Street – J. Derenzo Properties, LLC, applicant, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 1.4.7.4, 3.2, 7.5.2 and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to permit the demolition, extension, alteration, enlargement and reconstruction of the lawful, pre-existing, non-conforming two-family dwelling to be replaced by a new two-family structure. The property is located at 123 Pickering Street, Needham, MA in the Single Residential B District.  Continued from March 30, 2020.

Case #2 – 7:45PM         153 Central Avenue – Duc T. Nguyen & Vy D. Hoang, owners, have made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 3.1.5, 7.5.2, and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to permit an Accessory Dwelling Unit containing 850 square feet, located on the first floor of single family residence located at 153 Central Avenue, Needham, MA in the Single Residential B District.

Case #4 – 8:15PM         140 Cabot Street - The Town of Needham Select Board, applicant, has made application to the Board of Appeals for a Special Permit under Sections 6.7.3.3(i), 7.5.2, and any other applicable Sections of the By-Law to permit antennas for the Police and Fire Department’s public safety communications system, and associated  ground-based equipment at the existing private wireless communications facility located at 140 Cabot Street, Needham, MA in the  New England Business Center District and Wireless Communications Facilities Towers Overlay Districts.
