This fall, the Needham Police Department will host its Citizens’ Academy, an educational program for Needham community members to better understand police programs and operations and to build relationships with members of their local police department. This is a unique opportunity for citizens and officers to come together and learn.
Classes will run six Wednesdays from 6 pm to 8 pm October 19th through November 29th. Participants must be Needham residents at least 18 years old.
Interested parties should email their applications to Lieutenant John McGrath at jmcgrath@needhamma.gov. Deadline for applications is Monday, October 3rd, 2022. Applicants will be notified regarding their acceptance by Friday, October 7th, 2022.
