- Monday - Friday: 5:30 am-9 pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 7 am-6 pm
The Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) reminds residents to take precautions to avoid conditions like hypothermia and frostbite by:
- Limiting time outdoors
- Dressing in multiple lightweight, moisture-wicking layers
- Wearing hats, mittens and waterproof boots
Anyone using alternate heating sources like a space heater, woodstove or fireplace should follow recommended safety precautions and always have a fire extinguisher nearby.
