The Needham Board of Health will host a public hearing on Friday, June 20th at 9:15 am in the Public Services Administration Building, Charles River Room and via Zoom. The purpose of the hearing is for the Board to consider adoption the following proposed revisions to Article 1:

• Inserting a new Section G specifying that no retailer or person shall sell or distribute or cause to be sold or distributed oral nicotine pouches with a nicotine content greater than six (6) mg per individual pouch.
• Other minor formatting changes and small edits.

How to Provide Feedback at a Public Hearing:  

• Attend the meeting in person to speak
