Again this year, the Town has contracted with Polco to conduct a citizen survey using the National Community Survey™. This biennial survey, which was last conducted by the Town in 2022, will measure community livability, assess residents’ needs, evaluate the impacts of governmental programs, and gauge resident sentiment and satisfaction with key service areas and programs.
A few weeks ago, 3,000 randomly selected households in Needham received survey invitations in the mail
and now it’s time to open up the survey to the rest of the community!
