The Committee will host its third community workshop to update stakeholders. Share your feedback and provide input on efforts to make Needham-appropriate adjustments to the Town’s Large House Bylaw:
- Learn about the options Needham is considering to better regulate large single-family home construction
- Review a presentation showing the various single-family home reduction options under consideration and their fiscal impact
- Provide feedback to the Committee to help shape Needham-appropriate dimensional regulations

The Committee will host a Community Forum to provide an update on its progress and solicit feedback on foundational concepts for a tree by-law to help shape Needham's approach to tree preservation.
