  • Garage to dwelling separation
  • Hallway width
  • Insulation floor
  • Insulation roof ceilings
  • Insulation walls
  • Lally column footings
  • Lally column size and spacing
  • Plans drawn to scale of no less than 1/4 inch / foot scale
  • Plans for alterations of a structure must show existing conditions as well as proposed new construction
  • Plans show sufficient clarity and with detailed dimension to show the nature and character of the work to be performed
