Fee Structure
Free Services and Programs
The majority of Youth & Family Services programs are offered at no cost to residents. Unless noted otherwise, assume that services and programs are offered at no charge. Needham Youth & Family Services is pleased to offer free services on all programs and services to Needham Senior Citizens.
Fee-Based Services & Programs
At this time, Needham Youth & Family Services is not running any programmatic services that require a fee. If there is a program that requires a fee, it will be specified on the registration page of that program which can be found at www.needhamprograms.com.

Fee Assistance
In the event of financial need, all fees will be waived. Please refer to the Fee Assistance Policy for further information.
Refund Policy
Refunds for a program will be granted only if another participant can fill the vacancy. In the event of extreme circumstances, refunds may be made at the discretion of the director of Needham Youth & Family Services. In the event of a program cancellation, refunds will be granted to all registrants.
Out of Town Participants
In the event Youth Services has space in any of our programs or services, we will, on a case-by-case basis, accept non-Needham residents as participants. Non-residents interested in programmatic services can email needhamyouth@needhamma.gov for more information.
Donations
Needham Youth & Family Services is pleased to accept donations from residents and local businesses.
