Needham Water and Sewer Division issues annual, quarterly, and monthly bills to its customers depending on residential, commercial, or seasonal use. All bills are due and payable within 30 days of the billing date. Bills not paid within 45 days of the billing date will be subject to delinquency charges at a rate of 14% per year.
