Reporting an Emergency
To report an emergency, please contact the Needham Department of Public Works Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 781-455-7550.
After 5 p.m. and on weekends please call the Needham Police Department at 781-455-7570. On call personnel will be immediately notified.
When you report the problem, please provide as much information as possible. The Needham Water and Sewer Division will dispatch a service crew to evaluate the problem. Any situation that poses a potential threat to health and safety are classified as high priorities and always receive immediate attention.
